It was a rematch for the WBC, WBA, WBO (as well as IBO) world heavyweight title. Oleksandr Usyk managed to defend the titles, won the triumph by a unanimous decision of the judges – 116-112, 116-112, 116-112!
The total fee was 190 million dollars. Before the fight, the distribution of this amount was on Usyk’s side – 60 to 40. However, the Marca publication provided different information about the distribution after the fight – Oleksandr received 55% of the total amount, and Tyson – 45%. Thus, the Ukrainian boxer earned 104.5 million dollars for the rematch, and the British – 85.5.
