Ukrenergo explained that the reason for the restrictions was damage to energy facilities as a result of a massive Russian attack on December 25. Power engineers are working to restore equipment damaged by the enemy as soon as possible.
The company also warned Ukrainians that the time and scope of restrictions may change during the day.
