In 2025, only those Ukrainians will be able to retire at the age of 60 (this applies to both men and women) which have accumulated at least 32 years of experience. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the age of 63 or even 65.

How long does it take to retire in 2025?:

▪ at 60 years old — from 32 years of experience;

▪ at the age of 63 — from 22 years of experience;

▪ at 65 years old — from 15 years of experience.

At the same time, as part of the pension reform, the number of years of experience is required will increase by one year each year until 2028.

What will be the recalculation of pensions in 2025

The next indexation of pensions in Ukraine will take place in March 2025. According to various forecasts, pensions may increase from 10 to 17%.

At the same time the increase will affect only “bare pension”excluding allowances. Indexation will not affect those who have issued a pension in the last few yearsas their payments are considered current.

Also, according to the draft budget for 2025, the minimum pension in Ukraine will be left at the level of 2024 — UAH 2361.
