UEFA has published an updated ranking of women’s teams.
4 Ukrainian clubs entered the top 100 at once. Poltava “Vorskla” became the best among them. After the performances in the European Cups, the team rose 13 positions and now occupies the 26th place. “Vorskla” participated in the Women’s Champions League, but were eliminated at the second round stage, losing to the Scottish “Celtic”.
“Metalist 1925” ranks 53rd. On the 87th position were the girls from Kovalivsk “Kolos”. The team also competed in the Champions League, but lost to Ajax and Brondby in the first round.
“Kryvbas” is in 88th place. The club from Kryvyi Rih lost one position in the ranking.
Barcelona leads the rating.
