The Ministry of Agrarian Policy has approved new criteria for determining important enterprises in agriculture.
This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
An enterprise can be recognized as critically important if it meets at least two criteria:
- cultivation of more than 500 hectares of agricultural land;
- annual income of at least 20 million hryvnias;
- payment of at least 324,000 UAH of taxes for the previous reporting quarter.
Other factors include the presence of the main type of activity specified in the order, being in the sphere of management of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy or 100% state ownership, in particular in terms of subleasing state lands through auctions.
To be recognized as a critical enterprise, it must submit verified documentation of income, taxes and contributions for the last reporting period.
Earlier we wrote that the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Law Enforcement supported draft law No. 12191 on the decriminalization of porn as a basis. 11 members of the committee supported the document, two more abstained.
