Vitaliy Klitschko’s “UDAR” party has deprived the lawyer and head of the party in Odesa region of Oleksandr Sukhanov of membership. He was detained for demanding a bribe of 1 million dollars for the decision to lease land on the embankment in Natalka Park.
This was announced by Volodymyr Bondarenko, deputy chairman and member of the Politrade party “UDAR Vitaliy Klychka”.
“As deputy head of the UDAR party, Vitaliy Klitschka and a member of Politrade, I will say the following. The story is unpleasant. And the party has already expelled this person from its ranks. I am convinced that this character should be held accountable by law,” he said.
In addition, Bondarenko called such promises “absolute fraud”, because this plot of land with an area of 16.4 hectares was previously transferred to a park zone by the decision of Kyiv City Council deputies.
“Therefore, it cannot be used for any other purpose, leased, sold, or do anything else,” Bondarenko added.
