As explained in the department, this is connected with “peculiarities of the budget process”. “All accrued funds will be paid in full. In order to receive cashback in a timely manner, it is important to activate the card for payments in the Diya application. You can also check the accrual of cashback in Diya,” the Ministry of Economy reported. The number of recipients increased by 800,000 compared to October and amounted to almost 2 million people. Ukrainians under the age of 45 remain the most active participants of the program — 60% of all users. 24% of participants are middle-aged, and 16% are older (60+). Almost 700,000 citizens did not receive payments due to the fact that they did not activate their cards for payment in the “Diya” application on time or accumulated less than 2 hryvnias.
