In Ukraine, as a result of a massive missile and drone attack by the Russian Federation, restrictive measures have been forced to be introduced, and power outage schedules will be in effect today until the end of the day, Ukrenergo reported on Wednesday, UNN reports.

Details

“At night and in the morning, Russia carried out another, the thirteenth massive missile and drone attack on energy facilities since the beginning of the year. As a result of the damage, consumption restriction measures were forced to be introduced,” the NPC said.

Today, hourly power outages will be in effect until the end of the day

As stated, “at present, emergency repair work has already begun at all facilities where the security situation allows.” Power engineers are reportedly doing everything possible to restore the damaged equipment as soon as possible.

“The Ukrainian power system is still recovering from previous enemy drone attacks, and there is a significant power shortage. Therefore, the need for economical electricity consumption remains,” Ukrenergo noted.

Ukrainians were urged not to turn on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time when the power is on schedule.
