A passenger plane of Azerbaijan Airlines crashed near the city of Aktau in western Kazakhstan, Tengrinews reports on December 25.
The plane was heading from the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, to the Russian city of Grozny. There were 67 passengers and five crew members in the Embraer plane.
According to preliminary data, there are people who survived after the fall.
52 employees and 11 units of equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan were sent to the crash site.
