The President accepted credentials from the ambassadors of China, Saudi Arabia and Serbia

The ambassadors of China, Serbia and Saudi Arabia started a diplomatic mission in Ukraine. They presented the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky with credentials, the President and his Office said in a statement.

“Credentials. Today, the new ambassadors of China, Saudi Arabia and Serbia are opening their diplomatic mission in Ukraine,” Zelenskyy wrote.

According to the president, “he congratulated the ambassadors on the beginning of the diplomatic mission and talked with each of them.” Zelensky emphasized that he is “waiting for the intensification of bilateral cooperation between the countries.”

As specified in the OP, during the meeting with the Chinese ambassador, Zelensky thanked for supporting the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The head of state also emphasized the “importance of developing bilateral relations.”

“Before the war, Ukraine and China had large trade volumes. Of course, we want it to be restored and our relations to be stronger in more directions,” Zelenskyi said.

He also told the Chinese diplomat about North Korea’s participation in the war against Ukraine and emphasized that “Kyiv is counting on Beijing’s strong voice.”

Zelensky thanked the ambassador of Saudi Arabia for “energy and humanitarian aid to Ukraine, as well as for helping to liberate Ukrainian prisoners of war and children deported to Russia.”

In addition, the president told the diplomat about Ukraine’s needs in restoring the energy infrastructure.

During the conversation with the ambassador of Serbia, the head of state thanked for the financial and humanitarian assistance. He also emphasized the “importance of regular dialogue with President Aleksandr Vucic.”

“Alexander supported us in a really important goal for us – the fastest possible approach to peace. We count on continued military support,” Zelenskyi said.

Earlier, on December 20, Zelenskyi approved more than 30 decisions on the appointment of new Ukrainian ambassadors.

Later, Zelensky fired Ukrainian ambassadors in six countries. The relevant decrees are published on the website of the Office of the President.

In particular, Zelensky dismissed Pavel Ryabikin from the post of ambassador of the People’s Republic of China, Andriy Taran – to Slovenia, Serhiy Korsunskyi – to Japan, Petr Beshta – to Lithuania.
