Former champion Karl Froch commented on the act of boxer Daniel Dubois, who after Oleksandr Usyk’s victory over Tyson Fury entered the ring and challenged the Ukrainian.

According to Froch, DuBois’ prank was inappropriate because Usyk was tired and giving an interview, reports Boxing Kingdom.

I didn’t like it. Usyk just did a good job. He was tired, with visible marks from the blows and just wanted to give his interview,” Froch said.

On the night of December 21-22, in a rematch, Usyk defeated Fury by unanimous decision of the judges and retained the heavyweight championship. In May, in the first fight, the Ukrainian won by split decision of the judges.

In August 2023, Usyk knocked out Dubois in the ninth round.

It was reported that after that, Oleksandr named a condition for holding a rematch against Daniel.
