The document was developed by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, then it will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for consideration.
The draft law proposes to define the EDRVV as a single state information and communication system designed for effective collection, storage, accounting, processing and protection of data on war veterans and their family members.
“This bill is an extremely important step to ensure the handling of veterans’ data. It will improve the efficiency of service delivery, simplify access to social guarantees and provide support to our Defenders and their families. We must work to ensure that no veteran or their family members were left without the necessary help,” noted Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine Nataliya Kalmykova.
