“Today, our diplomatic team approved the list of new Ukrainian ambassadors. I agreed to more than 30 decisions. Among them Nariman Dzhelyal – to Turkey, Alyona Hetmanchuk – representative of Ukraine in NATO, Andriy Melnyk – representative of Ukraine in the UN. These and other decrees will be issued soon, according to diplomatic procedures,” the president said.
Currently, the decrees on the appointment of new Ukrainian ambassadors are not published on the website of the president.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported today that the Minister of Foreign Affairs submitted a number of candidacies for the positions of ambassadors – some of them have already been approved, some are awaiting approval.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on December 11 that he plans to present new appointments of diplomats. In November, the president reported that he had discussed personnel changes in diplomacy with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiga. According to him, it was about the appointment of ambassadors of Ukraine to vacant positions in the “relevant countries”.
