Chelsea attacking midfielder Christopher Nkunku could change his club registration in the near future.

As he claims journalist Graham Baileythe 27-year-old French footballer is ready to leave Chelsea as early as January, having failed to establish himself in the first team under new coach Enzo Maresca.

Nkunku has been playing for Chelsea since the summer of 2023. In the current season, he appeared on the field in 24 matches, including all tournaments, scoring 12 goals and making four assists.

Nkunku’s contract with the club runs until 2029. Specialists of the portal Transfermarkt estimate the value of the player at 50 million euros.

It was previously reported that Chelsea are interested in Borussia Dortmund’s main goalkeeper.
