Details: In its report for December 20, the Institute for the Study of War refers to the spokesman of the “Charter” brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, Sergeant Volodymyr Degtyarev, who reported on the attack of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the position of the Russian occupiers near the village of Liptsi, located north of Kharkiv.

The date of the attack is not known, as well as the exact positions where the fighting took place. It is noted that the Ukrainian forces used dozens of robotic systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with machine guns, as well as drones to install and defuse mines on enemy positions.
