The registers of the Electronic Health Care System (EHS) are working normally, but there are delays in the execution of some actions when integration with the hacked registers of the Ministry of Justice is required.

“We inform you that the central database of the electronic health care system (EHS) is working stably. All registries remain intact and secure. However, due to the temporary stoppage of the work of certain state registers, ESOZ users may experience delays when performing actions that require integration with the registers of the Ministry of Justice,” the message reads.
In particular, there are difficulties in registering or updating data on health care institutions, in state registration of birth based on a medical certificate of birth, as well as in obtaining the comprehensive “eMalyatko” service in general.
The Ministry of Health noted that the direct formation of medical conclusions about births in the health care center is carried out by medical workers on a full-time basis.
The department assures that, together with the National Health Service and the State Enterprise “Elektronne Zdvorya”, it is constantly working to strengthen the protection of EHS. For this purpose, technical and organizational measures are carried out, as well as security checks of medical information systems with the involvement of an international auditor.
We will remind you that Ukraine suffered the largest cyberattack on state registers in recent times. As a result of the attack carried out by Russian hackers, the operation of key systems of the Ministry of Justice was temporarily suspended. The hackers said they destroyed all the data they had access to, including backups on servers in Poland. State registers will be restored for two weeks.
In connection with the malfunction of some state registers, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are forced to suspend the provision of separate registration services for vehicles related to the change of ownership.
