According to him, what is happening now in Dvorichnaya is another attempt to bypass the city from the north. “Is there a presence there at this moment – I cannot confirm, because, yes, there was information that they crossed Oskil on boats, stormed further and, according to the military, they were all eliminated. However, there are forests there, and are there they are there, it is quite difficult to find out. Of course, we will conduct (the military will conduct) appropriate measures,” said the head of the OVA.
According to Synegubov, about 800 residents remain in Dvorichnaya itself.
The head of the OVA said that when the occupiers entered and occupied certain positions to the south of the village, which were initially controlled by our military, there were mutual assaults there for almost two days – the Defense Forces tried to recapture the territories, they tried to hold and strengthen them. “According to our information, all territories have been returned,” Sinegubov noted and added: “It is not necessary to say that we have lost any territories.”
“For this bridgehead (a bridgehead south of Dvorichny, near the villages of Masyutivka and Zapadny — ed.), active combat operations are being conducted for these positions,” the head of the OVA emphasized.
Sinegubov also spoke about the tactics of the Russians: “They really enter in groups on foot, where it is not very difficult to pass. Then they try to establish themselves: it can be one or two people, as many as survived. And then they gradually build up, establish themselves in plantations, forests, in destroyed buildings. After they accumulate enough forces – that is 10-20 soldiers – they continue to attack our military positions, if they immediately meet the battle (repulse?), then they try to find other approaches.”
That is, according to Synegubov, “head on”, as was the case during the attempted attack on Kharkiv, other populated areas, the Russians no longer carry out offensives, realizing that it is almost impossible for them to advance our troops, because there are fortifications, both active and passive protection barriers.
