An adequate person would not propose a “technological duel”. This is how President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the “proposal” of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin during a press conference in Brussels, writes UNN.

“Today, a comrade from the Kremlin said that Russia is proposing a “technological duel”. Putin says that “we will hit Oreshnik, for example, somewhere in Kiev, and let them supply air defense, and let’s see what happens.” Do you think that this an adequate person? Well, just a scumbag!” – said Zelensky.
