Yesterday, the Chairman of the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission (KRAIL) Ivan Rudohy was detained by the FBI staff on suspicion of cooperation with representatives of the aggressor country.
He was planned to be charged under the articles “Aiding an aggressor state” and “Illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or forwarding of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of sale.”
Context
UNN back in 2022 drew attention to KRAIL’s inactivity in the context of another Russian casino, 1Xbet, which tried to operate in Ukraine through Tvoya Bettingova Kompaniya LLC and to which KRAIL issued a license. Then the Commission stubbornly did not see Russian ties.
