On December 17, in Kryvyi Rih, employees of the National Police of Ukraine detained a man who was wanted as a violator of military registration rules. Employees of the TCC and SP immediately arrived at the scene and confirmed that this citizen is indeed wanted and directly violates the requirements of the law.
“This citizen refused to voluntarily come to the TCC and SP. Instead, he began to actively resist the employees of the National Police and military personnel,” the post of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional TCC and SP on Facebook states.
As the TCC emphasized, during the detention, passers-by began to interfere in the situation, trying to prevent the authorities from fulfilling their duties. Actually, this got into the videos that are now spreading on social networks.
“Part of this conflict situation is contained in videos published on social networks, which are accompanied by inappropriate and provocative headlines and comments that do not correspond to the real situation,” the post reads.
The detainee was taken to the TCC and SP, where a report on an administrative offense provided for by the article of the Code of Ukraine was drawn up in relation to him.
Also, the Dnipropetrovsk regional TCC and SP emphasized that in case of coming across another video on the network about “abuse” and “violation of rights” by the TCC and SP, it is necessary to check the sources and completeness of information and not to trust “throwers” who or themselves are elements of enemy propaganda, or are used by it for informational and psychological influence.
We will remind
There was a loud scandal with the TCC in Volyn. The representative of the ombudsman filed a statement due to the refusal of TCC employees to grant access to a man who was allegedly beaten and forcibly taken to the center. The man was taken to the military unit without the opportunity to communicate with the representative of the ombudsman.
