Western agencies, referring to the statement of the British Ministry of Defense, gave the details of the package. In particular, it includes:
- 92 million pounds for equipment for the Ukrainian Navy – boats, reconnaissance drones, unmanned surface vessels, unmanned munitions, mine countermeasures UAVs
- 68 million – for air defense radars, ground decoys and radio-electronic anti-drone systems
- 26 million – for maintenance and spare parts for systems previously provided to Ukraine
- 39 million – for the provision of more than 1,000 anti-drone electronic warfare systems and the joint procurement of respirators and equipment for reference of the defense capabilities of the Armed Forces
Also, according to the report, Britain plans to continue the training of the Ukrainian military.
“The brave people of Ukraine continue to exceed all expectations with their indomitable spirit. But he cannot act on his own – that is why the UK will strengthen our international leadership on Ukraine throughout 2025,” Defense Minister John Gealy said in a comment quoted by Reuters.
