The Council adopted a draft law on the liquidation of MSEK

The Verkhovna Rada adopted in general the draft law on the liquidation of medical and social expert commissions (MSEK) from next year. As People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported, 259 parliamentarians supported the decision. Therefore, according to the document, from January 1, 2025, the creation of expert commissions will be implemented in cluster and super-cluster hospitals (a modern system for evaluating the functioning of a person). The Verkhovna Rada adopted in general the draft law on the liquidation of medical and social expert commissions (MSEK) from next year.

As People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported, 259 parliamentarians supported the decision.

Therefore, according to the document, from January 1, 2025, the creation of expert commissions will be implemented in cluster and super-cluster hospitals (a modern system for evaluating the functioning of a person).

We will remind, the day before, on December 18, the Verkhovna Rada amended the laws “On military duty and military service”, “On the Unified state register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists” and Basic legislation on health care. In particular, a Unified State Register of Military Servicemen will be created in Ukraine.

The list of institutions with expert teams to replace the liquidated medical and social expert commissions was also determined earlier. New teams will work in 286 institutions of Ukraine.
