The Navy is always ready and it doesn’t matter if it’s Christmas or any other date. Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesman of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, stated this on the air of the telethon, and emphasized that the Ukrainian side expects any “surprises” from the enemy, reports UNN.

Pletenchuk commented on what “surprises” can be expected from Russians at Christmas.

“Actually, it doesn’t matter what the date is for us… The Russian dictator and in principle they have such a point, they usually stick to dates, we are, in principle, constantly ready and constantly preparing. Therefore, to say that something is changing for us in particular – no, rotations happened and are happening. We expect any “surprises” from our enemy,” said Pletenchuk.
