This was reported by First Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksiy Sobolev, Interfax-Ukraine reports. “On July 17, the supervisory board opened its first meeting, and it is still open because discussions about contracts are ongoing. On November 26, the government decided to approve the terms of the civil law contracts with Energoatom. Now they are with independent members, and we for a day, we expect a position from them, whether they are ready to sign them and continue their work,” he said at a meeting of the parliamentary energy committee on Wednesday. We will remind: the Cabinet of Ministers, in accordance with the order of June 21, 2024, approved the supervisory board of JSC NAEK “Energoatom” consisting of five members. The representatives of the state were the former Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, currently the president of the Kyiv School of Economics Timofii Mylovanov, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy Vitaly Petruk, who in 2015-2019 headed the State Agency for Management of the Exclusion Zone. As Energoreforma sources noted in the market, independent members were not satisfied with the amount of the remuneration.
