Ukrainians trust Valery Zaluzhny and Kyryl Budanov the most. The current president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, ranks only third in the rating of public trust. This is evidenced by the data of the monthly nationally representative survey conducted by the InfoSapiens agency on November 15-27, 2024 under the Omnibus scheme, reports UNN.

The research was conducted within the framework of cooperation with the “Future Research Foundation” charity organization with the aim of studying public attitudes in Ukraine.

According to the results of the survey, the level of public trust in the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and now the ambassador of Ukraine to Great Britain Valery Zaluzhnyi is 76.8%. This is 2.1% more than in October (74.7%). Also, Ukrainians began to trust the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Kyryl Budanov more – his public trust rating is 54.6%, which is 3.3% more. than in October (51.3%).

As of November, 53% of Ukrainian citizens trust Volodymyr Zelenskyi, which is 2.2% more than in October (50.8%).

At the same time, almost half of Ukrainians believe that the country is moving in the wrong direction. This is evidenced by the second part of the study. Respondents were asked whether, in general, things in Ukraine are moving in the right/wrong direction.

According to 49.6% of respondents, Ukraine is moving in the wrong direction, which is 3.3% less than in October (52.9%).

33.6% of respondents answered that we are moving in the right direction (their number increased by 2.1%, in October it was 31.5%).

Another 16.8% of respondents could not or refused to answer. The survey was conducted by the CATI method (computer-assisted telephone interviews) based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers.

The survey was not conducted in the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk regions and others under occupation, as well as territories where there is no Ukrainian mobile connection (according to IS estimates, at least 96% of the adult population of the country have mobile numbers).

The theoretical sampling error does not exceed 3.1% with a probability of 0.95%. The research sample is 1000 interviews.
