The Ministry of Digital Transformation together with banks created a card for receiving aid and payments from the state – Diya.Kartka.

This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

“Instead of several different cards – one convenient tool. So later on, you will no longer have to issue new cards every time to receive assistance or other government payments,” Fedorov said.

On December 16, Diya.Kartka launched the first service – eKnyga. In the future, it is planned to transfer eSupport payments to this card, including those made in 2021–2023.

Fedorov also announced the launch of another social payment this month.

Currently, Diya.Card can be opened in several banks that were the first to join: PrivatBank, A-bank, Acordbank, Globus bank and monobank. Bank Credit Dnipro, Sense and Bank 3/4 are also expected.

We will remind you that the largest Ukrainian banks signed a memorandum, which provides for the strengthening of control over customer transactions, reducing the monthly transfer limits to 50,000 for the most suspicious customers.

The largest banks of Ukraine are preparing to sign the memorandum “On ensuring the transparency of the functioning of the banking payment services market”. They plan to lower the limit for card-to-card transfers.

Before that, the National Bank of Ukraine introduced a limit of 150,000 hryvnias per month for card-to-card (P2P) transfers of individuals for six months starting from October 1. A restriction is introduced.
