They warn that weather conditions may complicate the work of energy, construction, utility companies and traffic.
According to the forecast, it will be cloudy and raining in Kyiv and the Kyiv region on December 17. West wind, 7-12 m/s, gusts 15-18 m/s. The temperature in the region will be 0-5°C at night, 3-8°C during the day, 1-3°C at night and 5-7°C above zero in the daytime.
