The occupiers attacked the city of Kupyansk, one man was killed. This was announced by the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov, reports UNN.
“One civilian man died, another one was hospitalized in a medical institution in a serious condition. Details of the persons are being established,” Sinegubov said.
According to him, the Russian army hit the residential sector, residential buildings were damaged. Emergency services are on site.
