As Andriy Kovalenko, head of the CSDP of the NSDC, pointed out, the information about the stamping of this intercontinental ballistic missile is a deliberate fake.
Earlier, the General Staff stated that Russia has units of experimental Oreshnik missiles in its arsenal, now Ukraine is negotiating with the USA regarding the modernization of the existing Patriot systems or the delivery of other air defense systems to Ukraine, which are capable of eliminating these ballistic missiles in the sky over Ukraine.
