Kobakhidze noted that Georgia wants to become a member of the EU in 2030.
“We not only do not stop the process of European integration, but also intensify our efforts to ensure Georgia’s accession to the EU in 2030. Against this background, it is shameful and disturbing that the EU ambassador was involved in a disinformation campaign carried out by the radical opposition, affiliated with it is public organizations and mass media,” he said.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Georgia’s accession to the European Union in 2030 is the responsibility of the “Georgian Dream” to the citizens of the country. He added that the association and free trade agreements were signed under the current government of the country. Kobakhidze also mentioned that Georgia received a visa-free regime with the European Union.
In addition, the prime minister of Georgia is concerned that the EU does not notice the “brutal systematic violence carried out by radical groups” in the country.
