The troops of the Russian Federation are concentrating their main offensive efforts on three directions – the General Staff of the Armed Forces

The situation in the Pokrovsky, Kurakhiv and Vremiv directions, where the Russian troops concentrated the main offensive efforts, remains tense, according to the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on November 29.

“In the Pokrovsky direction, during this day, the aggressor attacked our positions 34 times in the areas of Myrolyubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachenske, Chumatske, Novy Trud and Zhovte settlements. Ten clashes are still ongoing. At the same time, the losses of the occupiers, according to the currently available information, amounted to 497 people killed and wounded,” the Armed Forces said.

According to the headquarters, Russian troops made 43 attempts to advance in the Kurakhiv direction. Battles are mainly taking place near Sontsivka, Berestki, Novodmytrivka, Zori, Kurakhovo, Dachny, Dalny, Elizavetivka, Hannivka, and Uspenivka.

“In the Vremivsk direction, where today the aggressor stormed the front edge of our defense 24 times in the area of ​​Vesely Hay, Kostyantynopolskyi, Suhy Yalyi, Rozdolnyi and Novodarivka, there are currently three skirmishes going on,” the message states.

In addition, the Russian army is actively attacking in the Lyman and Kupyan directions today.

At present, 172 combat clashes took place at the front.

Russian troops advanced to the center of Kurakhovo from the east, the DeepState project reported on the night of November 29.

As the Radio Liberty Donbas project writes. In reality, judging by the map, the road leading south from the city towards Dalny came under the control of the aggressor. The road north to Berestki is in the gray zone, and in the village itself, Russian troops managed to gain a foothold earlier – on November 26, according to the DeepState map.

Thus, the Russian army is moving in the direction of the N-15 Donetsk-Zaporizhia route, which plays an important role for logistics and the possible withdrawal of the Armed Forces from Kurakhovo.

Against this background, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky assured that the units of the Defense Forces in the Pokrovsky and Kurakhiv directions will be additionally provided with reserves, ammunition, weapons and military equipment. The head of state announced this after visiting units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
