The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, introduced Oleksandr Potiy, head of the State Special Communications Service, to the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, according to the decree of the head of the Ukrainian state.

On November 15, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Oleksandr Potiy as the new head of the State Special Communications Service. He replaced Yury Mironenko in the post.

The headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is an extraordinary body of the highest military leadership of Ukraine, which during the war carries out strategic management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations of the state.

The representative of the government in the parliament, Taras Melnychuk, also announced that the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Oleksandr Potiy from the position of deputy head of the State Intelligence Service
