Exchange rates at “PrivatBank”: the dollar and euro continue to appreciate

The euro exchange rate in the bank today increased by 20 kopecks and is UAH 44.30 per euro.

You can sell American currency in the bank at the rate of UAH 41.25, Euros at the rate of UAH 43.30 per unit of foreign currency.

The dollar exchange rate for card payments at “PrivatBank” on Thursday is UAH 41.84. The exchange rate of the euro when paying by card today immediately increased by 39 kopecks – up to UAH 44.44.

Exchange rates in Ukraine – the latest newsIn the currency exchange offices of Kyiv, the dollar rate today is UAH 41.93/dollar, which is 13 kopecks more expensive than yesterday’s figure, and the dollar can be sold for UAH 41.82. The exchange rate of the cash euro has increased by 25 kopecks and is 44.40 hryvnias/euro, the selling rate is 44.15 hryvnias/euro.

On November 28, the NBU set the official exchange rate of the dollar to the hryvnia at UAH 41.60/dollar. Thus, the hryvnia weakened by 10 kopecks, compared to the previous indicator, and this became another historical maximum of the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia. The official exchange rate of the euro is set at 43.80 hryvnias for one euro, i.e. the hryvnia has decreased by 12 kopecks.

Serhii Mamedov, Vice President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, Chairman of the Board of Globus Bank, noted that by the end of 2024, the growth of the dollar in general could be about 10%.
