In October, President Zelensky reported that Ukraine was preparing to hold the second Peace Summit even without implementing the points of the Victory Plan.
The head of the President’s Office stated in August that the Ukrainian side would like the next Peace Summit to take place in one of the countries of the Global South, but the place has not been determined, because the main condition for its holding is the readiness of a joint plan, which is already being worked on.
