According to the official, border guards continue to expose schemes and organized groups specializing in the illegal transportation of men.
Demchenko noted that with the onset of cold weather, attempts to illegally cross the border outside checkpoints became significantly less. He clarified that the majority of such attempts are recorded on the “green” section of the border with Romania and Moldova. At the same time, there are attempts to illegally cross the border at checkpoints.
