A rescuer died while fighting a fire in Zhytomyr Oblast

“On November 28, at 02:54, the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in a brick two-story building in the village of Romaniv, Zhytomyr district. After arriving at the place of the call, it was established that the fire started in one of the rooms on the second floor. From there, the fire spread to the roof and the premises of the first floor,” the report says.

It is noted that additional forces and means were sent to the fire site. The fire was extinguished at 7:15. During its liquidation, a rescuer died and another was injured.

We will remind that in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the occupiers attacked rescuers who were inspecting the territory of one of the villages after the shelling.
