The State Border Service of Ukraine informs about this.

Employees of the operational-search department “Tyachiv” of the Mukachiv border detachment, together with the policemen of the Tyachiv district, detained a 21-year-old resident of the village of Teresva, who was planning to illegally cross the border with a resident of the Volyn region.

The man demanded $3,500 for his services. He was detained after receiving part of the amount.

During the inspection of the scene, as well as searches of the suspect’s residence and vehicle, the law enforcement officers seized physical evidence confirming his illegal activities.
