Today, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy listened to the report of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, regarding all the details of the front-line situation and the operation in the Kursk region. He said this in the evening address.
“Donetsk remains the hottest destinations. First of all, it is the Kurakhiv direction – the most battles there, the most brutal assaults. Also the Pokrovsky direction, Kupyanskyi,” said the head of state.
The President thanked all our units – every soldier, sergeant and officer who destroy the occupier and ensure the protection of our positions.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the beginning of the day on November 27, the Defense Forces have repelled 21 attacks of the occupying army in the Kurakhiv direction, six clashes are ongoing. Battles are taking place near Sontsivka, Berestki, Kurakhovo, Dalnyi, Elizavetivka, Antonivka, and Hanivka.
As ArmiyaInform reported, Volodymyr Zelenskyi had a telephone conversation with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte today regarding the strengthening of Ukraine’s air defense.
