Dynamo Everything is bad – if you briefly evaluate the performances of Dynamo in the second-ranked European Cup tournament. After four matches played in the main round of the Europa League, “white and blue” did not get a single point and did not score a single goal.
As a result of such hopelessness – the last place in the overall standings of the LE.
At the start of the tournament, “Dynamo” lost crushingly to “Lazio” – 0:3. Then, without a chance, they lost to Hoffenheim – 0:2. With “Roma”, the semi-reserve team of the vice-champions of Ukraine claimed the first points, but in the end they still lost – 0:1.
However, the main disgrace for Alexander Shovkovsky’s team happened in the fourth round of the LE. Kyivans played with “Ferencvarosh” – a team of approximately the same level.
But Dynamo not only failed to score the first goal in that match and get the first points, our team lost crushingly – 0:4.
But in the championship of Ukraine, “Dynamo” is the sole leader. After 13 matches, Shovkovsky’s team has 11 wins and only two draws.
In the last five UPL meetings, Dynamo lost points only once – in the game against Shakhtar (1:1 draw).
On the eve of the match against “Viktoria”, Dynamo beat “Chernomorets” without any problems – 3:1.
In the game against Viktoria, the vice-champion of Ukraine will not be able to count on linebackers Yarmolenko and Pyhalenko, who have health problems, and on the disqualified defender Dubinchak.
Victoria But the bronze medalist of the last Czech championship feels good in the main round of the Europa League. The team from Pilsen has not been bitterly defeated after four rounds and has six points to its credit.
And you can’t say that Viktoria’s rivals had weaker teams than those from Kyiv.
Myroslav Koubek’s wards beat Real Sociedad – 2:1, and also drew three times – with Eintracht (3:3), Ludogorets (0:0) and PAOK (2:2).
After four rounds in LE “Viktoria” takes 16th place in the standings.
In the current draw of the championship of the Czech Republic, “Viktoria” is also on a good score.
After 15 rounds, Koubek’s team is in second place. True, the lag behind the leader – Slavia Prague – is very significant: eight points.
In the last five matches of the internal calendar, “Viktoria” won four (among them – over the main rival – “Sparta” from Prague) and lost once.
On the eve of the match against “Dynamo”, the team from Pilsen narrowly beat Hradec-Kralove on the road – 1:0.
In the game against Dynamo, the bronze medalist of the Czech Republic won’t be able to help the team’s best scorer at the moment – Prince Adu. The former forward of “Kryvbasa” flew to his homeland (to Ghana), the documents will be drawn up.
Apart from Adu, participation in the game against “Dynamo” by Sykora, Kabango and Durosynma is questionable.
History is opposite So far, the opponents have met only in friendly matches.
Forecast “Viktoria” is a very uncomfortable opponent, as “Kryvbass” was convinced in no words, which crossed paths with the team from Pilsen in the Europa League qualifiers in the summer. Then the Czech team achieved two victories – 2:1 and 1:0.
Fighting qualities, the ability to play according to the score, intransigence and good tactical training – these are the strengths of the current “Victoria”.
We all know the strengths of “Dynamo”, but in the matches of the Europa League, these strengths of Dynamo go somewhere.
Nevertheless, we will hazard a guess that with the fifth attempt Dynamo will score their first points in the current draw of the Europa League.
Let’s assume that the opponents will play in a productive draw.
