The Russian Federation is waiting to see how Europe will react to the use of a ballistic missile from the experimental mobile complex “Kedr” on the Dnieper.

Oleksandr Musienko, head of the Center for Military and Legal Research, told about this on the broadcast of the “Edyny Novyny” marathon.

According to Oleksandr Musienko, the Russian dictator’s threats are truly unprecedented – this type of weaponry was not used even during the Cold War. However, the Russian dictator still fears a conflict with NATO.

“The strike was on the city of Dnipro, that is, away from the borders directly with the North Atlantic Alliance. He did not hit the west of our country, and the missile did not fly there. That is, he was still wary and afraid of provoking a certain reaction from the West,” Oleksandr Musienko is confident.

This proves that the launch of a new ballistic missile, states Musienko, is nothing but another element of the Russian dictator’s nuclear blackmail.

Earlier, ArmiyaInform said that as of October of this year, Russia was supposed to produce two experimental samples of the missile from the Kedr missile complex.
