The power grid is being restored in Ternopil after the strikes by Russian Shahed drones on the night of November 26.

“Today, 27.11, public transport of Ternopil operates according to schedule to meet the needs of Ternopil residents. To save electricity, trolleybuses will run mainly in the morning and after 4:00 p.m. The arrival time can be tracked online through DeTransport. I hope that the energy companies will restore the electricity supply for the stable operation of the city,” Mayor Serhii Nadal wrote in a telegram after 7:00 a.m. on November 27.

Immediately after the attack, on November 26, the Ternopil trolleybuses did not go on the routes, instead buses went on the flights. As of the evening of November 26, in areas without permanent electricity supply, current was supplied according to the schedule – two hours every eight hours.

On the evening of November 26, the head of the Ternopil OVA, Vyacheslav Negoda, informed that “critical infrastructure facilities have been revived, which currently allows for the stable functioning of hospitals, waterworks, boiler houses and other important institutions.”

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are targeted.
