“During December, every low-income family, as well as IDP families, who have children or adults with disabilities of the first group, will receive UAH 6,500 for each child,” the prime minister said.
These funds can be spent on buying children warm clothes, shoes and other things that are needed in winter, Shmyhal noted.

The government decided to launch the winter “eSupport” program from December 1: every Ukrainian will be able to receive one thousand hryvnias to pay for Ukrainian services and goods.
