Yesterday, the daily maximum consumption was in the morning – 9.4% higher than the previous working day, which was explained by the decrease in air temperature compared to last week.
Ukrenergo emphasized that “a significant capacity deficit remains” in the energy system.
“In order to balance the power system – today in all regions from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. hourly shutdown schedules will be applied. (…) Changes in the application of restriction measures are also possible,” – noted in the NEC.
And they urged, when the light appears on schedule, not to turn on several powerful electrical appliances at the same time.
