In Kyiv, the “Vokzalna” metro station has resumed its work, the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration (KMDA) reported in a telegram.

According to the report, the suspicious object was checked – it does not pose a threat.

The metro station is again open for entry and exit, trains are running as usual, adds the KMDA.

Earlier it was reported that a suspicious object was found at “Vokzalnaya” and for security reasons, the station was temporarily closed for inspection.

In Ukraine, law enforcement officers regularly receive reports about the demining of various objects. After receiving such data, evacuation and checking for the presence of dangerous objects is carried out. Knowingly false notification of a mine is an offense punishable under the Criminal Code.

On October 14, authorities, schools, business centers, hotels, newsrooms (including Radio Liberty), embassies, and other facilities and agencies throughout Ukraine received a letter with a message about the “threat of a terrorist act” and “mining.” Evacuation was carried out.
