“The situation in the energy system is changing, and accordingly — changes in the application of restriction measures are possible,” the message reads.
Between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 25, hourly shutdown schedules will be in effect in all regions, the energy experts reminded.

Until November 21, 2024, electricity blackout schedules were urgently changed in Ukraine.
