As a result of the operation, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense hit the oil depot of JSC Kaluganaftoprodukt, which is involved in ensuring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Sources in the Defense Forces informed NV about this.
As the interlocutor of the publication told, around 00:30 on November 25, as a result of the kamikaze drone strikes, a series of explosions occurred at the facility and a fire started. Eyewitness videos show unsuccessful attempts by Russian air defense to repel the UAV attack, however, Ukrainian drones hit the enemy target one by one, causing large-scale destruction.
“Despite the devastating consequences of the attack, the published videos show that the local residents accepted the operation of the GUR MO with enthusiasm and good humor,” added the interlocutor of NV.
On the night of November 25, Ukrainian drones also struck the Typhoon military plant in Kaluga. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for countering disinformation at the NSDC, said that the plant produces communication systems, radio-electronic intelligence and radar equipment. The company also manufactures components for surveillance and guidance systems installed on combat vehicles.
Kovalenko noted that the plant produces components for missile and aviation systems, in particular parts for air defense systems, aviation equipment and missile complexes.
