The police broke into the dormitory of the Moscow State Conservatory in the morning of November 24, they were looking for conscripts who are evading reporting to the Military Commissariat, the Telegram channel “Oberezhno, Moscow” reports.

As a result, three students of the full-time department were escorted to the police station, where they were issued summonses. One of them, 26-year-old Danylo, a fifth-year student, said that those brought to the department spent more than seven hours there. After issuing the summons, they were not returned the passports taken during the detention.

The Pyotr Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory is one of the leading music universities in the world. Among its graduates are composers Oleksandr Scriabin, Serhii Rachmaninov, Alfred Schnitke, Aram Khachaturian, pianists Svyatoslav Richter, Emil Gilels, violinists David Oistrakh, Leonid Kogan, cellist Mstislav Rostropovich and many other world-famous musicians. About one and a half thousand people enter the university every year, most of them come from other cities.
