It is noted that the reason for the temporary introduction of restrictions is damage to energy facilities during a massive missile and drone attack on November 17. Emergency recovery work is ongoing, energy workers are doing everything possible to return equipment damaged by the enemy to work as soon as possible.

Earlier, Oblenergo in a number of regions of Ukraine announced the cancellation of hourly electricity outage schedules (HWP), which were introduced by NEC Ukrenergo on November 19.
