Emergency services: a car and a passenger bus collided in Transcarpathia, a 22-year-old female driver was killed

In Transcarpathia, a passenger car and a “Hust-Lviv” bus collided, the 22-year-old driver of the passenger car was killed, the State Emergency Service Office said in a statement.

“Today (November 22 – ed.) a tragedy occurred on the Dolyna-Khust highway of regional significance. In the village of Berezovo, Khust district, an Audi A6 car and a Mercedes-Benz bus, which was on the Khust-Lviv route, collided. As a result of the collision, the 22-year-old driver of the passenger car died from her injuries at the scene of the accident,” the State Emergency Service said.

It is noted that the rescuers of the 14th state fire and rescue unit of the city unblocked the woman’s body with the help of a hydraulic tool. Hust.

“One of the passengers of the bus was also injured as a result of the accident. She was hospitalized in a medical institution in Hust,” the rescuers clarified.
