Today in Ukraine there is strong wind, snow and rain, during the day from -1° to +13°

As Ukrinform was told by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, there is ice on the roads in the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions. The wind is mainly southerly, 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day. The temperature in the western, northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions ranges from 1° of frost to 4° of heat; in the rest of the territory – 2-7° of heat, in the south of the country 8-13°. In the Carpathians, there is a lot of snow, blizzard, and the temperature is 0-5 degrees below zero.

It is cloudy in the capital region on November 22. Wet snow and rain are expected. There is ice on the roads. South wind, 7-12 m/s, gusts 15-20 m/s during the day. The temperature in Kyiv is 1-3°C, in the region – 1-4°C.

Forecasters also predict cloudy weather for November 23-24. The wind is mainly northwesterly, 7-12 m/s, gusts 15-20 m/s (in places in the western and northern regions).

There is ice on the roads in the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions.

November 24 in the east and southeast of the country – sleet and rain, in some places sleet and ice; no precipitation in the rest of the territory. The temperature at night is 0-5° of frost, in the western regions 3-8° of frost, in the east, southeast, during the day in Ukraine from 3° of frost to 2° of heat (in the southern part of 1-6° of heat).

In the Carpathians on November 23, a little snow, on November 24 no precipitation; the temperature at night is 7-12 degrees of frost, during the day it is 1-6 degrees of frost.

It is cloudy in Kyiv and the region on November 23-24. On November 23, heavy wet snow at night, sticking wet snow, light snow in places during the day. No precipitation on November 24. The wind is north-west, 7-12 m/s, gusts of 15-20 m/s in places. The temperature in Kyiv at night and during the day is around 0° (2-4° of frost on the night of November 24); in the region at night and during the day – from 3° of frost to 2° of heat (on the night of November 24, 0-5° of frost).

There is no precipitation in the rest of the territory, only in the eastern regions a little snow in places, the temperature at night is 1-6° of frost, during the day it is about 0°, in the southern part it is 1-6° of heat.

There will be no precipitation in the capital region on November 25-26. The temperature in Kyiv at night is 2-4° of frost, during the day it is around 0°; in the region at night 1-6° of frost, during the day from 3° of frost to 2° of heat.
